Veluxe Auto Detail provides mobile auto detailing services in Riverside, California, and surrounding areas. Service availability, pricing, and scope may change without notice. Final pricing may vary based on the size, condition, and location of the vehicle.

• Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather or circumstances beyond our control.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept major payment methods as indicated at the time of booking. Prices listed on the website are estimates and subject to change based on the actual condition of the vehicle.

All sales are final. Once a service has been rendered or a booking deposit has been paid, no refunds will be issued. If you have any concerns about the quality of our work, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion and we will do our best to make it right.

• Provide a safe, accessible location for the vehicle to be serviced.
• Remove all personal belongings from the vehicle prior to service.
• Notify us of any pre-existing damage, sensitive materials, or special requests before service begins.

While we take every precaution to protect your vehicle, Veluxe Auto Detail is not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or wear-and-tear revealed during the detailing process. We are not liable for personal items left in the vehicle.

If you are not satisfied with our work, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion so we can address your concerns. All sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
